How to download templates from the templates available

Before you begin

What is the Public Library?

The Templates available is where AuditBranchusers from different industries can share the templates they've created witheach other. With hundreds of thousands of free templates, you can use atemplate to start inspections immediately or edit them to make them your own.

You'll need

• "Template creation" permission

Take note

• We encourage customers to share templates they've created with the AuditBranch community by uploading them to the Public Library.
• You can browse and download templates from the Public Library directly on a computer and through the mobile app.
• The "Show Uploaded Templates" filter option needs to be turned off in order to show templates within the Public Library.

Download a template

Web app

• Log in to the Audit Branch web app.
• Select Templates from the left-hand side menu.
• Select Public Library tab on the top of the page.
• On this page, you can search for a template by keywords in the search field, filter by industry from the dropdown menu, or browse through the list.
• Choose to download and edit the template or download and start a new inspection
• If you want to download and use the template to start an inspection straight away, click Import & start inspection. This downloads the template to your account and takes you to the new inspection.
• If you want to download and edit the template, click Edit questions.

Mobile app: Phones

• Open the AuditBranch mobile app.
• Tap More at the lower-right corner of your screen.
• Select Public Library from the list.
• Tap the filter/funnel icon at the upper-right corner of your screen.
• On this screen, make sure "Show Uploaded Templates" is turned off and select how you want to sort the Public Library templates.
• Tap the tick icon at the upper-left corner of your screen.
• On this screen, you can tap the magnifying glass icon to search for a template by keywords, or tap Change to filter by industry, or browse through the list.
• Tap the template you want to download.
• Tap Download to download the template to your account. Once the download is complete, you can start an inspection with the template straight away by tapping Start Inspection.
